According to the official JustEat Order Website, there are only 2 official ways to cancel your order (through the website or app). Both Cancellation processes follow the same steps below.

  • Go to the Just Eat Official page or App and log into your Account. 
  • Go to the order details page, where you’ll see the option to cancel your order under ‘Can we help with anything?’ 
  • Look for the order you want to cancel and click on the “Cancel order “next to it. 
  • You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. After this process, you should see a notification about your order cancellation. 

If there are frequent order cancellations from your Just Eat account, then your account may get disabled. So only Cancel your order when it is necessary. 

Will I be charged a cancellation fee? 

JustEat order offers a Worry-free period on every order in which you can cancel your order without a cancellation fee. However, after the worry-free period, you may get charged a cancellation fee. 

What is a Worry-Free time period?

The worry-free period is usually around 30 mins, but this will vary depending on your order and the restaurant you ordered from.
