How to Cancel Vinted Order? 

According to the Vinted Cancellation policy, customers can only cancel their order if it hasn’t been shipped by the seller yet. If it has already been shipped, then you cannot cancel your order.

  • Navigate to the Conversation screen with the seller you ordered from. 
  • Click on the ⓘ option from the top right corner. 
  • After you see a list of options, click on the “Cancel order “option. 
  • Choose a reason for your cancellation, or you can also give your own reason for cancellation to proceed 
  • After this you should see a notification confirming your cancellation request.

If you don’t see the “Cancel order” option, this means that the seller has already shipped your order. 

Do I need to pay a Cancellation Fee on my Order Cancellation? 

If your order has not been shipped, then you do not need to pay any cancellation fee on your request. However, frequent Cancellation of orders may lead to termination of your Account. 

I couldn’t cancel my order. What can I do? 

If you can’t cancel your order, then you can return the item and request a refund. However, to request a return, you need to meet some requirements: 

  • Customers have only 48 hours (about 2 days) to request a return and get a refund on their order after its arrival. 
  • The item must not be damaged by the customer in any way and must be in the same condition as the customer received it. 

Steps to return your Vinted Order: 

  • Go to the official Vinted Website or App and log into your Account. 
  • Go to the conversation screen of the seller you ordered from. 
  • Click on the option from the top right corner. 
  • Click on the “I have an issue” option. 
  • Send detailed proof to the seller, include all the necessary photos, and explain your reason for requesting the return of the items. 
  • Wait for further instructions from the seller to complete your return process and receive your refund. 

For the return process, you will be responsible for the shipment cost unless agreed otherwise with the seller. 

If the seller does not accept your request to return the items under a valid reason, then you can contact the vinted customer support. 

How will I receive my refund? 

According to the official refund policy, you will receive your refund from the same payment method you paid from. However, this process can take anywhere from a few hours to 5 days. 

If you had paid by Vinted-Balance, then you will be likely refunded in a few hours. However, for bank balance and Apple Pay, this process can take longer. 

How to delete your Vinted account?

Looking to take a break from all the online shopping from Vinted. You can delete your Vinted account and reactivate it when you again need it. Before deletion, make sure that you don’t have any active orders. 

  • Login into your Vinted Account through the website or app. 
  • Click on your profile picture from the top right-hand corner. 
  • Click on the settings option. 
  • Click on the Account settings. 
  • Select the “Delete my Account” option and select a reason.
